Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead financial strategy development aligned with the company's business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across all regions (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Qatar).
- Drive profitability through analysis of margins, cost structures, and pricing models.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and sales teams to ensure accurate project financials.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting systems, and financial policies.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.
- Support in revenue recognition compliance (accrual-based) and audit readiness.
- Engage with external advisors, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Build and lead the finance team; mentor and grow internal talent.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in financial leadership roles such as Finance Director, preferably with exposure to consulting or professional services.
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting, revenue recognition, and financial modeling.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing cross-border financial operations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Based in Cairo or willing to relocate Cairo.

Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in a consulting firm (Data, AI, IT services, or management consulting).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Technically savvy with financial software and tools (ERP, reporting systems).
