**About the job Product Manager (Logistics and Technology)**:
Our Client's suite of logistics solutions involves numerous last-mile providers, warehouse partners, and merchant businesses that use our unique tech-powered cloud solutions. As a product manager in logistics and tech, you will help usher in new hardware and software-related engineering optimizations, lead strategic initiatives, and shape the long-term strategy for the technology that powers the core logistics business.

Product managers to be involved in the product development planning and execution of the full product life cycle in the Logistics and Tech teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define, prioritize, and scope product efforts related to new features for existing products as well as completely new product offerings.
- Work closely with engineering and design to generate thorough product requirements materials.
- Help define the product organization’s role within the company, determine the product approval process as well as the desired interaction with design and engineering teams.
- Lead sprint planning and work with engineering to actively manage team progress against plans.
- Conduct user research (both quantitative and qualitative) and lead efforts to gather customer feedback especially related to business partners.
- Support and articulate the short and long-term product strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
- Partner with other Product Managers to ensure learnings are leveraged across other Product areas and used to drive goals for those workstreams.
- Establish key performance metrics across our proprietary warehouse management system, and develop long-term strategies and features to improve them.
- Help with shaping the creation of internal APIs, end-end fulfillment and delivery experiences, and multiple corresponding operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root problems and determine solutions.
- Shape experimentation using software and hardware solutions to maximize quick learnings and long-term technical development.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a related industry.
- Strong skills with standard product and agile project management tools such as JIRA.
- Comfortable implementing tasks using scrum methodologies.
- Strong skills with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Tableau impact analysis.
- Experience running user experiments and research.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams, including engineering, business, and operations.
- Technical fluency; comfort in understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team members.
- Understanding of regression, full system, and corresponding release testing.
- Ability to take extreme ownership of tasks, impact, and relationships.
**Bonus Points**:

- Domain understanding of physical warehouse operations and/or optimizing the supply chain.
- Comfortable implementing Lean Six Sigma or similar performance-optimizing/low waste frameworks.
- Basic understanding of Rest APIs, Python frameworks, and running SQL queries.
- Professional interest or background in data science and machine learning.
- Strong command of high converting design decision-making.
- A degree in a technical field such as computer science, industrial engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
