**Sr. Human Resource Specialist - Part Time 4 Days a week from 9am - till 6pm**

PRO GROW covers the whole project scope from Human Resource Consultancy, Recruitment services, Outsourcing Management, People assessment (Ability and Personality) from the British psychology society, Training programs, Personnel (social and medical insurance) and payroll management, visa processing and work permit
**Summary**
Manage daily functions of human resource department related to recruitment, development, performance management, job descriptions, employee engagement, employee relations and employee database, Personnel (social and medical insurance) and payroll management
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the recruitment process through screening, testing, interviewing and hiring qualified job applicants for open vacancies including on boarding
- Maintain and update the organizational structure of the whole organization
- Maintain and implement employee engagement survey and action plan
- Maintain monthly reports and manpower planning
- Maintain payroll records and related documents.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees files, database, Vacation balance, turnover rates etc.).
- Maintain governmental related forms “Form 1, Form 6, Form 2, work permits”
- Prepare all kind of deductions and overtime required documents.
- Liaise with governmental offices to any related issues
- Handle all medical tasks as per the requirements
- Update and maintain employees ‘attendance records.
- Track the employees absent days through the attendance system and inform the employees to submit a signed approved relevant form.
- Issue the employment contracts
- Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurances)
- Implement Job Descriptions for all titles, performance management procedures and setting KPI’s
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle all related inquiries from employees and direct managers and providing the proper solutions within the time set
- Determining the training needs assessment (TNA) of the employees proposed by the line manager after reviewing the assessment of the employees
**Qualifications**
- University degree in business or any a relevant degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in service and garments is a plus
**Skills**
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Leadership and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively with diversified backgrounds
- Location: 6th of October
- Residence: 6th of October, Haram, Dokki, Mohandeseen etc..
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week
**Salary**: E£7,000.00 - E£8,000.00 per month
