Position Summary

1. Set strategy and guideline for field force management and lead to implement those strategies and guideline in accordance with the local situation.

2. Develop contents that field force can use for sales and promotion to enhance sales success rate.

3. Plan and execute training for sales field forces to enhance the sales capability.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Field force strategy and guideline planning Plan the field force management strategy in the region/subsidiary and distribute the guideline based on the regional retail strategy.

2. Sales promotion contents development: Implement the development and sourcing of sales promotion contents (sales talk) and training contents/tools for enhancing field force's sales capability.

3. Training planning and execution: Carry out the comprehensive training plan for field force capability enhancement and its local expansion.

4. Deliver diverse training experiences: Facilitate a variety of training formats (in-store, in-class, online) to cater to different learning styles.

5. Equip diverse audiences: Provide technical and soft skills training to promoters, retailers, operators, and call center agents, enhancing their capabilities.

6. Strategize continuous learning: Develop quarterly training plans to meet evolving needs and ensure ongoing skill development.

7. Communicate effectively: Possess strong English language presentation skills to deliver clear and engaging training sessions.

8. Navigate digital tools: Demonstrate proficiency in using the Samsung online platform for training delivery and management.

9.Conduct field assessments: Conduct 2-3 market visits per week to assess promoters' knowledge and ensure training effectiveness.
