We are looking for a talented Social media Moderator to create, maintain and moderate a strong online presence for Tagaddod.

Your role is to attain to our customer queries and support them through social media accounts. You will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand.

Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities include:

- Provides high quality customer service by replying customer enquiries efficiently and

politely with correct and complete information and redirects them where appropriate.
- Provides customers with services and campaign specific information through managed

social media channels.
- Identify and maximize selling and cross-selling opportunities through social media.
- Monitors brand reputational risk and ensures compliance to all regulatory and legislative

requirements, when dealing with queries and complaints that are raised on social media

platforms.
- Responsible for follow-up on customer enquiry and assigned case till resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years in brand management and customer engagement on social media platforms.
- Experience in dealing with customer queries and complaints within a startup institution is a plus
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Problem solving and query resolution skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of current social media channels / technologies
- Flexible schedule and able to work long hours, if required
- Computer and system savvy
- Strong administration skills
- Open to work - 8 hours a day, any 6 days a weekResponsibilities
