- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and providing accurate information.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers, Resolving their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- **Requirements**:_

**Fluency in English is a must.**

Grads/Undergrads with no attendance can apply.

Shift is 9 hours rotational (including 1 hour break) with 2 days off per week**.**

Transportation is Provided from many points in Cairo and Giza**.**

**Salary**: Up to **15K**, including KPIs (calculated in Euro equivalent)**.**
