Purpose and scope of the job:
Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of all construction and electrical maintenance works in the company
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Participates and supports the Maintenance Department Manager in developing short, medium and long term goals to achieve the department’s strategy and plans.
Coordination with all departments regarding the implementation of maintenance and development work in the department.
Contribute to the development and follow-up of the implementation of plans for all electrical construction and maintenance works.
Responsible for carrying out all construction and daily electrical maintenance.
Determining the needs of the necessary materials, equipment and spare parts for the electrical maintenance department, in coordination with the necessary authorities.
Reviews and approves schedules and programs for daily maintenance, routine maintenance and preventive maintenance in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager
Training individuals working in the electrical maintenance department on their work and transferring his expertise to them.
Ensure that electrical machinery malfunctions that obstruct production operations during the shift are resolved and presented to the maintenance manager
Determine the needs of human resources necessary for the work of the department.
Any other tasks and duties assigned to him by the work heads.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Must have at least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance
Courses in the field of electrical maintenance and automatic control.
Computer courses related to work.
Courses related to team management and communication skills
Has managerial and leadership capabilities for the work team
Capable of facing critical situations wisely
Can deal with others and the skill of establishing a good relationship with others
The ability to write official and technical reports, the ability to diagnose technical malfunctions in a scientific manner, the ability to effectively supervise
friendly, energetic

**Skills**:Effective communication skills and information delivery.
The ability to process more than one work at one time without confusion
English: Good reading, writing and speaking
Computer skills as experience in preparing reports
Monitoring and evaluating the performance
Able to work as a member of a team
