**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering**:

- Engage with clients remotely to understand their business processes and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

**2. ERP Implementation and Configuration**:

- Implement and configure ERP modules based on client requirements.
- Adapt system functionalities to align with industry-specific workflows and business needs.
- Oversee data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

**3. System Customization and Development**:

- Configure and implement Odoo modules to meet client-specific business needs.
- Customize workflows and reports using Odoo Studio and other configuration tools.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions.
- Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize user experience.

**4. Testing and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct system testing to validate functionality and user requirements.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**5. Training and Documentation**:

- Provide remote training sessions to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of the ERP system.
- Develop user manuals, process documentation, and technical guidelines.

**6. Project Coordination**:

- Manage multiple projects remotely, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.

**7. Ongoing Support**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering functional and technical support post-implementation.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

**2. Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in a techno-functional consulting role, preferably in Odoo ERP implementation.
- Proven experience in remote collaboration and project execution.

**3. Technical Skills**:

- Very good knowledge on Odoo
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Experience with API integration and data migration tools is a plus.

**4. Functional Skills**:

- Strong understanding of business processes in areas like Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, and Procurement.
- Proficiency in process mapping and optimization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.

Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£50,000.00 per month
