ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
To carry out quality inspection at vendor garment factories to ensure the shipped products conform Kontoor quality requirement and timely execution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to

1. To assure all factory assigned QC are well trained and qualified to conduct inspection of Kontoor products.

2. To provide quality guideline to all QA & factory assigned QC.

3. To provide technical advice to QA and factory assigned QC.

4. Monitor productions closely, do inline inspection and provide technical support when need to ensure quality meets specifications and that there is no quality claim.

6. Problem shooting if encounter in the production.

7. Conduct statistic audit.

8. Fill out inspection report in every production stage.

9. Obtain accurate information from merchandisers.

10. Ensure all vendors follow Kontoor’s Team of Engagement, Vendor Code of Conduct and other rules and regulations

11. Communicating proactively, effectively and as often as necessary with all personnel in the QA and Merchandising Team.

12. Follow up on all production and keep merchandising team informed the progress.

13. To establish a good relationship with factory to facilitate problem solving and effective.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Include but not limited to
- 5 years of working experience with any reputed Brand or Trading Sourcing Office as Quality Assurance and conduct Inline and Final Garment Quality Inspection, with sufficient job knowledge.
- Self motivated and well disciplined to follow Kontoor SOP.
- Able to work independently and act proactively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
- Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendor’s Laundry team.
- Confident with “Can do” attitude.
- Language Proficiency: English and local language fluency in both oral and writing

Bachelor degree holder
