**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and engaging interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user satisfaction. Your designs will directly impact the success of our products and services. We are also looking for individuals with a strong interest in learning and growing in the UX design field, with the potential to contribute to UX projects alongside their core UI responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Ensure designs are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides and UI components.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
- Demonstrate an interest in learning UX principles, conducting user research, and enhancing user experiences as part of the design process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Understanding of UX principles and a willingness to learn and contribute to UX design activities.
- Attention to detail, with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.A demonstrated interest in expanding skillsets to include UX research and design alongside UI design.
