It is intended for engineering teams to design secure cyber-physical products by automating cybersecurity engineering processes. While most existing tools manage security risks in the operation phase, Vultara is the first comprehensive risk management tool on the market promoting secure-by-design. The Security Analyst’s primary responsibility is to support the security services and improve the data of the Vultara tool used by our customers. The role is not specific to automotive, but the analysis and data will focus on the automotive industry. This is a full-time remote/work from home position. **Responsibilities**: **The following are expected responsibilities**: - Performing threat intelligence activities to identify new threats and incidents - Researching and developing new threat intelligence methods or sources - Improving quality of existing threat intelligence activities - Producing detailed investigation reports on active attacks, threats, and incidents - Research & produce attack feasibility analysis reports for threats - Research new hacking tools **The following are as-needed responsibilities**: - Support research and development of automation tools for threat intelligence **General Requirements** - Any general cybersecurity-relevant knowledge, such as: - Automotive, embedded systems, IoT, and ICS security - Penetration testing - Networking & protocols **Preferred Education & Experience** - Graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Software Engineering, or a relevant field. - Internship in cybersecurity - Post-university Cybersecurity work experience, such as - Security operation center (SOC) - Vulnerability assessment/analysis - Threat intelligence - Penetration tester **Skills** **Required Soft Skills** - Strong communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency in English - Strong self-learning, research, & analytical skills by passing our screening test - Serious attitude towards meeting deadlines - Having an independent and self-initiative attitude by assuming ownership of tasks - Able to work collaboratively in a team environment that is open for feedback and improvement - Attention to detail for accurate assessment and reporting **Preferred Technical Skills** - Experience in performing threat modeling/analysis, vulnerability management, and assess risks according to known standards - Programming/scripting skills - Experience with Common Criteria (ISO/IEC 15408) - Hardware and software security practices - Using cybersecurity tools to perform tasks in security domains, such as - threat intelligence (web crawlers, web scrapers, listeners, etc.) - organizational security (SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, etc.) - pen-testing (vulnerability scanners, port scanners, etc.) - Automotive or embedded systems cybersecurity skills - Experience in security analysis of products - Experience in testing the security of products - Experience/knowledge using MITRE ATT&CK Framework or Auto-ISAC Automotive Threat Matrix **The Hiring Process** 5.
