Process all center approval requests to maintain quality standards. - Ensure local practices are in accordance with QDB’s regulation for the conduct of examination. - Ensure appropriate verification of approved center’s internal quality management systems, including the conduct of examinations - Make decisions on External Verifiers’ recommendations regarding center approval status and advise customers accordingly. - Ensure a high level of service is provided to Center staff and external agents through the provision of accurate information, advice, guidance and support on the most appropriate solutions in order to meet customer needs and enhance quality standards. - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of QDB products, services and IT systems. - Improve the team’s internal administrative processes and information system. Provide support to team members who are dedicated to ensuring quality. - To maintain all quality assurance records relating to Training Centers. - To prepare and implement action plans; identify and resolve problems; conduct audits; determine system improvements; implement change. - To investigate and implement standards for quality of health and safety procedures. - To monitor, evaluate and control quality performance. - To write management/technical reports and customers’ charters.
Bachelor’s degree from any discipline. - Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma, Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience. - 8 years of experience with implementation of corrective action programs. - Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA. - Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases. Strong Communication skills - verbal and written. - Knowledge of risk assessment, data collection, management and analysis. - Problem analysis and problem solving. - Advanced Planning and organizing skills. - Decision-making. - Customer service orientation. - Teamwork.
