**Application of the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Act (AML/CFT)**
- Ensure the implementation and updating of internal AML/CFT procedures & policies.
- Ensure the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual queries (analysis of operations)
- Set up checks on operations and internal procedures
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from the FRA (Financial Regulatory Authority).
- Process suspicious transaction reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Carry out KYC due diligence
- Maintain the PEP file and inform the CEO of any updates.
- Ensure that operational direction controls customer transactions.
- Monitor the implementation of the AML/CFT automation project.
- Analyze historical data and investigate suspicious cases
- Periodic analysis of sensitive customers and reporting of suspicious transactions to the AML Unit
- Process AML/CFT anomalies reported and organize work sessions and awareness-raising sessions with AML contributors following identified deficiencies.
- Prepare the implementation of new regulations
- Lead AML/CFT training sessions for employees
- Work closely with other internal departments to achieve compliance objectives.
- Organize and coordinate reporting, monitoring and prevention tools for the compliance system.

**Application of the Consumer Protection Act**
- Launch and monitor action plans to comply with the law (information leaflet, withdrawal period, etc.).

Application of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)
- Ensure the duplication of group procedures and update internal procedures & policies on FATCA.
- Implement the FATCA customer eligibility project
- Monitor the evolution of recalcitrant customer cases
- Prepare triennial reporting & certification requirements (in collaboration with partner banks)

FATCA training & awareness.

**Requirements**:
3-5 years Experience in the Compliance and AML in a financial or non-financial institution.

Pay: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
