To strengthen our team in expanding to Egypt, we are looking for you as a Marketing Operations Specialist (M/F/d) based in Cairo. Together we are going to bring AI-powered screening to millions of women in Egypt providing them with excellent state-of-the-art healthcare services.
Your role
- Responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the Customer Success Head to support with all aspects of database maintenance and stock management CRM fulfillment
- Plan and create processes management, data and analytics and brand compliance
- Oversee both the marketing and positioning of Vara services and brand
- Responsible for all on ground activities at the corporates
- Responsible for Vara branding at the radiology centers
- Negotiate with the suppliers on the best prices for the marketing promotion materials
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations that will continuously improve campaigns
- Assist with managing the marketing automation system and overseeing automation efforts
**Profile**:
- Six months to one year of relevant marketing, sales, or operations experience
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Familiarity with events management
- Fluent English is required
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Light experience with marketing automation platforms
- Critical and creative thinking - always seeking better methods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to prioritize and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks.
- Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology
- Experience in hyper-growth environment + a globally distributed team
- Owning a car is a must
