Vezeeta offers a seamless digital platform to help over 10 million patients search, choose, and book their healthcare providers based on real patient reviews and ratings, live doctors' scheduling, location, fees, and health insurance providers, from a network of over 50,000 top-rated doctors across 43 specialties. Using the app, patients can schedule appointments for in-clinic, virtual or at-home consultations. Patients can also book a lab sample collection in less than two hours, order their medications, and schedule home deliveries in 60-mins using the pharmacy solution

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**

He/she will be responsible for:

- Perform Market Research Analysis, and identify Market Trends, Key Opinion Leaders, and Key Market Drivers.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap collaborating with key company functions to share a joint development effort.
- Deliver Product Development Plans with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work with your team and key stakeholders to prioritize product backlogs and workload
- Regularly interact with customers and patients, and define and frame current and new problems for your team.
- Work with designers, engineers, and clinical experts among other stakeholders to solve problems and come up with new ideas and solutions
- Ensure that your product is defined to the highest standard, and be able to detail what to build, using user flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Responsibility to manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring that they understand what features and benefits are upcoming and relevant and appropriate timelines
- Come up with key metrics and KPIs to constantly measure and evaluate the success of your solutions through quantitative and qualitative measures
- Providing feedback to the Development teams on new feature releases

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of experience in the digital field
- Great communicator and team player, highly motivated, and with a hands-on quality-driven mindset
- Experience working in cross-functional teams including user researchers, product designers, and engineers
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Able to prove and back up your ideas and processes using research and testing.
- Ability to present complex ideas effectively & efficiently
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects in order to meet goals without management oversight
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Large capacity for attention to detail
- Act as a leader within the company
- English fluency.
