**What you’ll do**:
**1. Design and Architecture**:

- Develop and design scalable, high-performance software architectures.

**2. Development and Implementation**:

- Write, modify, and debug complex Java code.
- Implement secure and efficient APIs, microservices, and back-end systems.
- Integrate third-party services and databases.

**3. Team Leadership and Mentoring**:

- Train and mentor junior developers to help them grow in their roles.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Manage stakeholder communications and technical updates.

**6. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose complex issues in production environments and provide solutions promptly.
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve maintainability.

**7. Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.

**Who you are**:

- Provides transactional services personally, using clear communication and common courtesy and accurately completes tasks and exchanges information as delegated;
- Understands the relevant processes and purpose in the team;
- Regularly exchanges information by being collaborative and working well with others;
- May handle difficult contacts;
- Makes judgements based on the analysis of factual information;
- Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
