Our Logistics team select suppliers through qualification processes and provides improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and advise improvement plans where needed. Be a part of team who will work on development of sustainable Logistics flow.

The focus of this role will be to manage the shipping strategies that support inbound from origins and manufacturing plants. This role will be developed as part of the role requirements.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Actively develops relationships with the different Product Line, understand their needs and design appropriate solutions in coordination with Logistics Country Leads.
- Manage inbound and related logistics of goods and services from internal and/or external suppliers.
- Gathers and analyzes market information on competitor activities as well as service providers (airlines, shipping line, etc) to maintain the company's competitive edge in products, pricing, services, and systems.
- Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
- Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Operations Plans.
- Understand broader concepts, development of approaches and methods, and knowledge management. Solutions integrate multi-functional impact and perspective.
- Handles professional work in the department, expected to choose approaches and methods to solve cases.
- Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Least 6 years of experience in Logistics).
- Have strong oral and written communication skills (Arabic/English)
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Have ability to work independently.
- Have strong problem-solving skills.
