_**Please send your CV in English**_ **Position**:Rig Manager (Onshore or Offshore) **Work Cycle**: 28/28 Rotation **Salary Range**: $8,000 - $10,000 USD Monthly **Contract Type**: Direct Hire **About the Role**: **Responsibilities**: - Manage and oversee drilling rig operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. - Supervise rig personnel and coordinate with other departments. - Develop and implement operational plans to meet company objectives. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. - Monitor and control rig budgets and costs. - Handle any operational issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. **Requirements**: - **Education**: Engineer / B.Sc. degree. - **Experience**: Minimum 15 years in the drilling field, with at least 2 years in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of onshore/offshore rig operations. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work on a 28/28 rotation schedule.
