With a dedicated in-house team and state-of-the-art equipment, we are seeking an experienced **Filmmaker/Cinematographer** from abroad to join us in shaping the future of visual storytelling at our agency.

**Job Overview**:
The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing agency with access to top-tier equipment and support. We are seeking someone who can bring a fresh perspective, upgrade the quality of our films, and elevate the overall creative output. You will help with ideation (though this won’t be your primary focus), handle treatments and shot lists, film projects, and train the team on lighting setups for smaller shoots.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Filmmaking & Cinematography**: Lead the production process by capturing stunning visuals that meet the creative brief and elevate the client’s message.
- **Creative Treatments & Shot Lists**: Work with our creative team to translate ideas into detailed treatments and shot lists that guide the production.
- **Lighting Setup**: Set up and manage lighting for both small shoots and larger productions, ensuring optimal visual quality.
- **Team Training**: Train our in-house editor and photographer on best practices for lighting and cinematography to enhance overall production quality.
- **Project Execution**: Collaborate with a freelance crew on larger projects and manage all aspects of filming on set.
- **Post-Production Support**: Depending on capacity, assist in editing and oversee the post-production workflow to ensure high-quality delivery.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide professional guidance during the filmmaking process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: 5+ years of experience in filmmaking and cinematography, with a portfolio of creative, high-quality work.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and film production equipment.
- **Creativity**: Ability to bring creative ideas to life through powerful visual storytelling.
- **Team Player**: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, mentoring and guiding junior staff.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- **Bonus**: Experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.
