**The Role**:

You will join one of our new client as a Sourcing Guru to work in multinational environment with focus on **Egypt**. We are looking for an individual ideally with strong engineering or IT background.

This is an **onsite role **in **Cairo**.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?**

Key responsibilities**:

- Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions.
- Manage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
- Ensure regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going. requirements and to share progress of activity.
- Maintain agreed service levels and targets.
- Participate and contribute within team meetings

**Skills & Experience**:
**What do I need to succeed in this role?**
- **Fluency in English** **and **Arabic **both written and spoken is a must.
- Experience in working in multinational environment and on global markets.
- Extensive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience of using direct sourcing techniques.
- Experience of working with recruitment systems (ATSs) would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
