About the job Regional Manager, Retail Sales
**Purpose of the job**
Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales for both national & indirect location.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Responsible for the routine operations and the overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the operation results and conduct targeted analysis. Develop effective measures based on the analysis to achieve the KPI's.
- Develop proper shift schedules to satisfy the requirements of peak hours.
- Monitor the employees to provide qualified services by confirming to various service codes.
- Handle abnormalities and customer complaints. Maintain a good relationship with the customer.
- Build the team culture and promote company value amongst all employees.
- Identify and cultivate talents to optimize team structure.
- Conduct performance appraisal to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Participate in the recruitment of employees.
- Summarize service experiences and output service cases.
- Meet store goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Setting the action plans to achieve the company goals.
- Monitor each area overall sales & performance.
- Assessing & monitoring the area managers performance.
- Collaborate with all parties across the company to help achieve the company strategies.
**Job specification**
**Education**
- Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.
**Experience**
- Minimum 4 years experience in sales of which in a leadership role.
**Skills and abilities**
- Very good English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Professional customers? handling.
- Very good communication skills.
- Managerial, coaching and leadership skills.
- Good planning skills, organized and result-oriented.
