**Job Summary**:
As a Supply and Demand Planner, you will participate with the demand planning team with root cause analysis on forecast bias.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect purchasing and category management workflow.
- Ensuring the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability.
- Creating, analyzing, publishing, and managing inventory flow plans.
- Running periodical reporting on the department KPIs.
- Forecasting demand per category.
- Calculating safety stock, target inventory and reordering point.
- Measuring supply fulfillment and trends to ensure accurate supply plans.
- Maintaining cash flow between NVM and inventory.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in a Supply/Demand position.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Posses a high level of interpersonal skills.
