**What you’ll do**
- Review and validate AZ Promotional and non-promotional materials and activities as well as interactions with HCPs and HCOs
- Review and approve the following business requests against pre-defined, principles-based criteria for approval:

- **Final digital and/or printed version of the materials, including Internal training materials**

**Activities requests**:

- **Fees and Services to HCPs**:

- **HCP travelling requests**:

- **Donations requests**:

- **Sponsorships requests**:

- **Partnerships requests**:

- **Advisory Boards requests**:

- **International HCP Engagement requests**:

- **Brand Plans**:

- **HCP Classification (eg International KOL, National KOL) or selection requests**:

- **Market Research documentation**:

- **Items of Value**:

- **All other HCP/ HCO / Patient / Public interactions**
- Advise all relevant teams eg. Brand teams and Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Pharmacoeconomic and Corporate Affairs, during the development of materials.
- Involved in Review & Approvals of SOPs.
- Perform Periodic quality checks on ethical interactions
- Include appropriate key learning into training and update materials.

**Essential for the role**

Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:

- A relevant university degree or equivalent of Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Medical Areas
- Previous Experience in Audit, Quality, compliance, Final Signatory, or other relevant experience is a must
- Ability to act as a business partner & collaborate with other team members
- Decision making ability
- High Analytical skills & focus on details
- Awareness of Pharma code requirements & country local regulations
- Good ability to learn and to adapt to work with IT systems
