Bim Engineer/ Mechanical Mep

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed BIM models of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) based on design documents and laser scan data.
- Import, process, and model from **point clouds** derived from **laser scanning** for as-built verification and retrofit projects.
- Update and maintain mechanical BIM models according to design changes and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and other disciplines in a collaborative BIM workflow.
- Follow BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols (LOD, naming conventions, etc.).
- Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.
- Collaborate with the BIM Manager and MEP engineers to ensure model accuracy and compliance.

**Qualification**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree is a must

**Experience**:
5+ years of experience

Language Requirements:
Arabic & English is a plus
