**About the Role**:

- Tempo is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join our growing Mobile team at this exciting time. You'll work closely with talented product managers and designers to deliver a world class experience to our customers in our iOS app. As we lay the foundation for the future, you will also drive crucial engineering initiatives and help guide our technical direction. You put users first and proactively seek out and tackle the trickiest issues that they face.-
**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of programming experience for iOS and fluent in Swift; up-to-date with the latest features in iOS
- Delivering high-quality, unit-tested software is second nature
- Experience with MVP, VIPER or similar architectures
- Able to break down complex features with product managers and designers with mínimal guidance
- Proactive advocate for improving architecture and development process
- Experience mentoring more junior engineers
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with remote engineering teams
