**The Commercial Executive** is responsible for supporting Meeting Point marketing and sales activities and supporting all client-facing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to clients in product brief creation.
- Produce sales contracts as per the commercial manager’s brief (markup).
- Distribute the product as per the commercial manager’s brief.
- Monitor sales versus targets and allocation utilization, and flag concerns or opportunities.
- Coordinate and fulfill all marketing and sales support activities (fam trips, road shows, etc.).
- Work in conjunction with clients to perform and review in-market product benchmarking.
- Act as a sales support partner for clients with commercial or technical challenges.
- Actively update clients on destination and product developments, including changes in regulation, travel restrictions, new products, etc.
- Provide source market language support (translation) where possible.

**Key Skills**:

- Fluency - Written and spoken English Level.
- Office 365 tools (MS Excel mandatory).
- Quick learner, destination knowledge, can work independently or in a team.
- Conversational English Level.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.

**Knowledge / Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in a relevant industry.

**Competencies**:

- Readiness to learn and change.
- Teamwork.
- Structured working.
