**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for
**Senior Digital Analyst** for one of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with senior leadership, business, & other stakeholders to understand the value of and engage with product development processes
- Organize and participate in workshops, contribute to communication sites/tools, deliver presentations to stakeholders across the organization
- Conduct performance reviews, combining inputs from a variety of sources and delivering to team members
- Work closely with other team members to ensure development meets business needs and quality requirements
- Assist with the identification, collection and reporting of practice metrics and measurements
- Work on improving creative processes and help developing innovative ideas and concepts
- Strong curiosity, creativity, sense of accountability, eye for detail, high quality delivery
- Partner with Product teams to drive client centric, digital focused initiatives to increase digital/paperless adoption and client engagement
- Gathering data and following up on digital banking KPI’s and generating reports
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for digital transformation
- Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, digital business analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and task/workflow analysis and produce a completed business requirements & Gap analysis.
- Works on multiple projects while being responsible for requirement analysis, requirement elicitation, requirement management and communication, requirement documentation (BRD/SRS/ non-functional requirements documents) and solution assessment and validation
- Writing Business requirements documents with adequate inputs Documenting requirements to details during and after meetings
- Responsible for the full life cycle management of assigned products including strategy and objective development, journey / service & business design, development of products, maintenance and enhancements
- Driving collaboration with internal domain experts, external FinTech partners, technology, enterprise partners and customers
- Responsible for ensuring product and service suite is compliant with applicable banking laws and regulations
- Monitoring business outcomes of defined initiatives and overall digital transformation agenda

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from faculty of computer science or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as business or digital analyst.
