Main Duties:
Manage PPM group resources to ensure utilization, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance for the PPM group and align with company PSM.
- Maintain a regular basis reporting to the higher level of project management and procure-ment department management
- Meeting with all stakeholders from different departments, discuss implementation plan and issue action plans.
- Manage project resources in terms of manpower, material, equipment and financials, put in place adequate cash flow management to ensure avoidance of implantation discontinuity.
- Analyze, compare and take decisions related to buy.
- Source, negotiate and agree with subcontractors and suppliers for supplying outsourced products & services.
- Liaise with other departments such as Finance, Technical office, Procurement, Warehousing & Logistics
- Issue weekly progress reports and compare to implementation plan, take corrective actions if needed to revert back to track.
- Ensure all projects processes and procedures are according to standards.
- Manage closure meeting with stakeholders to discuss project details, lessons learned, weak-ness & strength points and how to use experience from this project to improve other projects.
