**Job Purpose**:
The HVAC (Utilities) Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining all HVAC and utilities equipment to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

**What you will be doing**:

- Perform maintenance and operation of:

- AHUs in technical areas
- Chillers, cooling towers, refrigerators, DX units, and AC units
- Boilers

- Add chemical materials for water treatment in chillers and cooling towers

- Participate in HVAC qualification processes

- Record AHU data and complete required GxP documentation

**Working Conditions**:

- **Working days**: 5 days per week

- **Shifts**: 2 shifts (Day & Night), rotation required

- **Maximum working hours per day**: 11 hours

- **Maximum overtime per month**: 80 hours

- May be required to work weekends and public holidays based on business needs (overtime will apply)
