5G Principal Scrum Master

Join us as an experienced 5G Scrum Master on our 5G Solutions Engineering team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

The experienced 5G Scrum Master will be key in driving development activities in the 5G Solution Engineering team, which is responsible for the end-2-end solution of technology new to Dell for addressing the demands of 5G.

You will:

- Manage multiple scrum teams throughout the whole software development lifecycle
- Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the user stories including the product backlog refinement
- Schedules and facilitates scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives.
- Ensures cross-functional coordination is occurring early and often. Recommends improvements and assists in changes to best practices.
- Measure and monitor progress
- Manage relationships and coordinate with stakeholders

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Scrum Master certification with a deep understanding of all things Agile (Scrum, Kanban and other methodologies)
- 8-12 years of multi-project management experience in a technical (SDLC) environment
- Solid experience in the delivery of complex IT or Telecom projects, preferably in a geographically spread organization
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA (Expert Admin JIRA user), Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Experience in Telecom R&D and/or cloud SW development

Desirable Requirements
- Excellent stakeholder and expectation management skills
- Can work with diverse teams with diverse personalities, during high-pressure scenarios, within extremely tight deadlines.
- Can promote the value of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
- Experience with GitHub and Jenkins
- Startup mentality and get hands dirty mindset.
