Tasks, duties & responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the company's client portfolio to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and provide
solutions.
Provide clients with product and services information, demonstrations, and training.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Prepare regular reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and business development efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations to commercial manager based on client feedback and market
trends.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, IT solutions and Human
Resources, to ensure client needs are met.

Job Requirements

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**:
4-6 years’ experience in B2B sales and business development.
Previous experience in HR Consultation firms is a plus.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Strong understanding of sales principles and client relationship management.
Language Skills:
Excellent command of both written and spoken English language.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Personal Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication, negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
