You will directly report to the Director of Finance & Operations.- Join Novo Nordisk now and get a life-changing career**The position**- You will be leading functions such as:
- You will be an affiliate business partner who is responsible for convincingly, and communicating and acting as a trusted advisor with a strong business understanding
- You will ensure high-quality Digital, Data, and IT (DDI) services and solutions are delivered to the affiliate
- You will identify technology trends, respond to requests from business units, deliver, and maintain digital solutions to fulfil the business requirements
- You will assist with the implementation and development of the Digital Data & IT (DDI) strategy both in the local affiliate and Gulf cluster
- You will act as a Regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a focus area based on the experience, knowledge, and business priorities

**Qualifications**
- As a Digital Data & IT Manager, you need to be able to create detailed project plans and high-level milestones across cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on track and Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. In addition, you need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, take initiative, and lead a dynamic team.- A University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any relevant degree is a must; A master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, digital transformation management, and related experience
- Proficiency in English written/spoken is a must
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- You will preferably bring experience from the international/local pharmaceutical industry, or a similar industry characterized by high complexity and change.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
