Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze tender opportunities and assess their alignment with company objectives and capabilities.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to create competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, procurement, and finance) to gather required information for tender submissions.
- Monitor and track tender submissions, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Evaluate competitor pricing and market conditions to improve bid competitiveness.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of tender documents, historical data, and industry benchmarks.
- Identify risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them during the tender process.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and address queries related to tenders.
- Prepare post-tender analysis reports to evaluate success rates and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender analysis or a similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, contracts, and procurement principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and tender management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a related industry (IT, Software, logistics).
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems to track tender progress.
- Certification in project management or procurement is an advantage.
