**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and informative content (written, visual, and video) for various online platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media presence across different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter TikTok) to increase brand engagement and follower growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify target audiences.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (if applicable).
- Collaborate with other marketing team members (content creators, graphic designers) to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to adapt and improve strategies.
- Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize digital marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media and other online platforms.
- Working knowledge of social media marketing best practices and major social media platforms.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies (a plus).
- Experience with basic web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for digital marketing and a creative mind for developing engaging campaigns.
