Your key responsibilities will include:

- Training and supervising the QC team members
- Monitoring and analyzing product quality and performance
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Participating in audits and inspections
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in quality control and a deep understanding of quality control methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- **Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control**:

- **Managing at minumum of 10 Team mebers.**:

- **Solid experience in Automation testing.**:

- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Experience in leading and supervising a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
