Front Desk Representative

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the front desk.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, arranging security escort as required.
- Receives, welcomes and escorts VIP visitors and/or business delegations.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries; in accordance with preset parameters.
- Organize mail and/or deliverables between EBC premises.
- Liaise with security to maintain updated visitors log.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings as required.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Perform other duties and administrative support as required (for example assist in collecting, recording and maintaining administration services data like supplies, stationery, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- University graduate.
- Proficient in English and Arabic; speak, read and write
- Proven work experience as a receptionist (at least 2 years in hospitality or 4 years in other industries; total experience should not exceed 5 years)
- Customer service attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
