**Senior Frontend Engineer, Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a proven ability to create responsive, cross-browser-compatible user interfaces.
- Strong Figma experience, ensuring pixel-perfect design implementation and the ability to make minor design decisions when needed.
- Attention to detail: Capable of spotting and fixing design inconsistencies, including layout, font size, color, and flow.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to handle incomplete design elements in Figma.
- Problem-solving skills: Able to make independent development decisions and handle issues without constant supervision.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for creating efficient and smooth user experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with designers and developers.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other related web technologies is essential.
- Extensive hands-on experience with React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.) is required.
- Sound understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development is necessary.
- Prior exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are a must. Strong collaboration and communication abilities are highly desired.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Python, Django).
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and test-driven development (TDD).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
