Hostess (Russian Speaker)

**What will I be doing?**

As a Hostess you would be expected to extend a warm welcome to all the guests arriving to the hotel and escort them personally to the required destination.
- Extending a warm welcome to all the guests arriving at the hotel from the main lobby
- Ensuring to be aware of the events taking place in the hotel including the VIP movements in the hotel
- Ensure that all guests departing are extended a fond farewell
- To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service extending True Service
- Being knowledgeable of the hotel services and the various dining outlets.

- Guest relations experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors
- Proven ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
- Conflict resolution experience

**Salary**: E£2,600.00 per month
