**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Gather and analyze client business requirements, current processes, and objectives to determine the best Odoo solution.
- **System Configuration**: Configure and customize various Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) to meet client-specific needs without custom development where possible.
- **Implementation and Deployment**: Assist in the end-to-end implementation process, including data migration, system testing, and go-live support.
- **User Training**: Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to ensure clients and their teams can effectively use the new system.
- **Troubleshooting & Support**: Provide post-implementation support by addressing and resolving client issues, system requests, and minor bugs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process, system configurations, and any customizations.
- **Collaboration**: Work with our internal team to ensure a smooth project flow and timely delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Odoo Implementer
- A strong understanding of Odoo's core modules and overall architecture.
- Excellent business analysis skills to effectively gather and document client requirements.
- Good knowledge of business processes, including accounting, sales, inventory, and human resources.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Odoo certification
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

**Job Type**: Part-time
