Project Manager

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes managing project teams and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project life cycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and managing project risks and changes as they arise.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage resources and project teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation and approval.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and customer expectations.

**Personal Skills**

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in the relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

**Technical Skills**

**Education**

• B. Sc. of Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
