HR Manager

This role is responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, managing daily HR operations, and ensuring the efficient execution of all HR functions. It focuses on creating a positive and inclusive workplace by operationalizing core values, driving initiatives to improve employee well-being, and executing programs that enhance engagement and retention.
- **Ensuring Alignment with GS Group Policies and Standards**: Collaborate with GS Group to align local policies with global standards, ensuring coherence across the organization while addressing local regulatory and business needs.
- Implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures aligned with Group GS to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce trends and plan for talent needs.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the impact of HR initiatives.
- Foster a positive organizational culture by developing and promoting core values.
- Lead internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Develop programs and initiatives in coordination with GS Group to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Implement effective workforce planning to ensure staffing aligns with business demands.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent.
- Design and manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice aligned with company marketing strategy.
- Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and employee growth.
- Develop and oversee training and development programs to build employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
- Promote leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Coordinate with central compensation and benefits team to administer all compensation and benefits plans.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Develop individual and team objectives that align with HR and organizational goals.

- Ensures HRIS and other systems are consistently updated and maintained

- Background or prior experience in industrial or smart manufacturing is a plus

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
