- In this role, you will be responsible for service delivery and people development and be a client focused problem solver with strong analytical and continuous improvement attitude._

- Responsibilities:_
- _Manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs. Prompt identification by investigating deviations and resolution of Service delivery issues including implementation of preventative measures._
- _Provide exceptional people management, mentorship and career development to members of your team, achieve low attrition levels and high employee engagement_
- _Analytical bent of mind with the ability to root cause basis data and drive decisions_
- _Drive operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains_
- _Flag and escalate business risks timely to the client/supervisor_
- _Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies_
- _Interact with site lead and/or SDLs to understand any business reporting, data analytics requirements on regular basis_
- _Drive performance management process based on the framework._
- _Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service_
- _Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs_
- _Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
**_ _**
- _Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing._
- _Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying._
- _Experience working in a sales or account management role with small businesses._
- _Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals._
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good at work under pressure._
- _Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up_

- _High school diploma or bachelor’s degree with relevant years of Operations experience leading teams_
- _Relevant years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience._
- _Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment_
