We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **CLM (KYC) Analyst - Existing to Bank - French is a must, GSC.**

**Principal responsibilities**:

- Manage the Customer from end-to-end perspective, Account Opening and Customer Onboarding including defining formal requirements, verification of onboarding documentation, single point of contact for the Customer and Business Partners
- Ensuring KYC due diligence reviews are undertaken to the required quality and detail on a timely basis.
- Account opening activities, FATCA, CRS and CDD and KYC activities.
- Providing professional and high-quality KYC analysis of existing HSBC customers, escalating risk concerns and actively contributing to the success of the team
- Ensure audit & compliance as per Global Standards
- Manage communication with the Customer or between support functions, Compliance, Business Partners and technical Teams.
- Ensure high quality operational results -TAT, TWB, SLA, RPH, QC Share innovative ideas to increase quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
Requirements- Strong written and verbal communication skills French & English are must.
- Strong Analytical and critical thinking, abilities to assess customer data and identify potential risk.
- Previous experience in KYC fields or Quality assurance is preferred.
- Capabilities to conduct in-depth research using various tools and databases to validate customer information.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other department, including compliance, Quality control and risk management.
- Willingness to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.
- Flexibility to work on Rotational shifts.
