**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the product team to understand requirements and define milestones.
- Lead other software engineers to design and build highly scalable and highly available SaaS and on-prem products.
- Participate in design and code reviews for new features and legacy code.
- Troubleshoot and debug software in dev and production environments.
- Write unit tests and integration tests of your software to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Participate in on-call rotations with the rest of the engineering organization.
- Contribute to improving engineering processes and workflows.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Java, C++, or C#
- Experience working with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing reliable microservices architectures
- Good understanding of standard networking protocols and basic distributed system challenges
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment
- Strong sense of ownership and customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication

Desired Qualification
- GoLang development experience.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes internals and APIs.
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS systems.
- Experience defining Service Level Objectives and being involved in operations.
- Experience in cloud security.
