**VACANCY**:

**Job Purpose**:
As General Accountant you will rolling across different duties of the accounting function and act as coordinator between different team members and superiors in a way ensure full harmony of day-to-day business of the team

**A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Provide data support for transfer pricing documentation; Preparing supporting documents for tax exemption/zero tax rate
- Participate in the creation and improvement of internal policies, procedures and guidelines relating to Customer Service
- Monitor billing/invoicing process end to end
- Forecast costs and revenues
- Focal point of responsibility for handling all types of taxation; including VAT, income, trading, etc.
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies suggesting process/policies/SOPs to rectify identified gaps
- Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments as appropriate
- Perform testing procedures on cash, fixed assets, accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Develop good and respected relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate, courteous and efficient service & support
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Participate in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Perform daily and monthly cash flows, and account reconciliations of balance sheet accounts affecting the treasury system such as cash, cash equivalents, investments, debt, and sales
- Review bills on a constant bases and assess the various payment activities and methods; maintaining a day to day control over treasury transactions and authorization of bank payments
- Follow up the transfers with the bank and make sure that the transactions are executed as appropriate
- Track, maintain, and oversee the daily movement of money in and out of a business
- Update cash out (cheques withdrawal from the bank to suppliers and vendors), cash in on the account transactions report, bank balance report and the finance system
**B. Qualification/Knowledge/Experience Requirements**:
**1. Level of Education**:

- B.Sc. degree in Accounting/Finance, post-graduate professional qualification is a definite plus
**2. Experience**:

- 2-3 years experience general accounting role preferred at Pharmaceutical companies
**3. Language***:

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- English fluency essential
**4.IT Literacy**:

- Professional computer and MS-Office skills
