**What You will be doing**:

- You will design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software in a thriving environment
- You will manage individual project priorities and deliverables whilst working in a team who enjoy knowledge sharing sessions
- You will stay up to date with the latest trends in technology
- You work within your cross-functional team to uphold the highest technical standards right across the product

**You'll be great for this role if**:

- You have 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in a startup
- You show vast experience in developing software in large-scale production systems, ideally using Golang
- You have a great foundation in microservice principles, event sourcing, cloud-native infrastructure, and clean code best practices
- You are comfortable with both relational and non-relational databases
- You have a proven track record working in agile and cross-functional teams with a strong focus on quality and delivery
- You strive to join a high-performance engineering culture based on strong cooperation and innovation
- You are proficient in English with effective communication skills
- An experience in FinTech or in the payments domain will be a plus
