**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Acquisition**:
- Actively identify and target potential clients in assigned territories to sell internet solutions.
- Conduct door-to-door visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate leads and secure new clients.
- Present tailored solutions to meet clients’ internet connectivity needs.
**Sales Execution**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide post-sale support, addressing any concerns or technical issues promptly.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the technical support team.
**Market Research and Insights**:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new technologies in internet solutions.
- Provide feedback to the sales and product teams to enhance offerings and strategies.
**Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in CRM tools.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
**Qualifications** Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus
**Experience**:
- Minimum of **2 years of experience in sales**, preferably in IT, telecommunications, or internet solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Presentable appearance with the ability to make a strong first impression.
- Familiarity with internet services and solutions is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
