Loss Prevention Design Engineer

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Design Fire Fighting and Fire & Gas detection systems for oil and gas plants and construction buildings as per international Codes NFPA, API, etc.
- Prepare Fire Fighting system layout, P&ID sheets, basis of design, philosophy, specification and datasheets.
- Prepare Fire Fighting hydraulic calculation report using Fire Elite or Pipe net and water demand calculation report.
- Prepare Fire & Gas Detection system layout, Basis of design, Philosophy, specification and datasheets.
- Prepare Fire & Gas Detection system IO list, cable schedule, cable route, wiring diagram and cause & effect.
- Prepare Fire Fighting System and Fire & Gas Detection system Bill of quantities (BOQ).
- A ware of Egyptian codes and international codes such as NFPA and API.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
- +3 years of experience in Fire & Gas detection systems and firefighting system design.
- Plumbing system design is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
