Loss Prevention Advisor

Analyse compiled data & plans & directs installation of electronic security systems to assist in protecting profit, employees & assets.
- Direct installation & check operation of electronic security equipment, ensuring that equipment is to company specification & standard at all times.
- Liaise with Management to highlight processes & procedures that cause a risk or loss to the Company and to instigate remedial action.
- Visit Stores as required & conduct Loss Prevention reviews to measure compliance to company procedures in respect of store security & shrinkage, reporting areas of non - compliance & common risk areas to Territory Management.
- Visit stores & audit health & safety standards against “best practice” & agreed standards set by the Company reporting areas of non -compliance to Territory Management.
- Manage and lead monthly team meetings, reporting company issues & progress that need communicating to Territory management.
- Provide prompt & professional investigative service to the Company, in any incident that may occur, brief store teams of incidents to prevent any further similar incidents.
- Actively monitor, direct & communicate with Territory Management and /external parties to Loss Prevention requirements/strategy specifically.
- Study physical conditions, observe activities & liaise to obtain any data relating to the investigation process.
- Develop and conduct Loss Prevention training programme.
- Facilitate Loss Prevention training for security & store management & Employees.

- Loss Prevention Advisor: 5 years (preferred)
