**Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities**
Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables and financial risk analysis to grant credit within the Global Credit Policy. Put all collection actions internally and externally, to collect outstanding invoices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling All Petty cash activities including money collections and cash deposits and general expenses with accurate performance and daily posting, monthly closing & reports.
- Dealing with multiple systems for receipting /Accounting
- Assisting is Posting accounting entries for Banking Transactions
- Handling Payments related to petty cash (Cash collection & General / Operational expenses & credit note payments)
- Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure effective AR activities.
- Liaising with stakeholders both internal and external, maintaining a high level of cooperation with other departments to achieve company targets/goals in the total debtor portfolio.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensure timely payments of outstanding records.
- Take part in any finance related projects where necessary

**Required Skills and competencies**:

- Bachelor Qualification - Business Finance or Economics.
- Alexandria Resident
- 1-3 years practical experience of accounts receivable
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Capability to plan, organise and manage own work.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good communication skills
- Good PC skills (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel)
